Present.
Life is too short to be wasted. All the time we spend worrying about the past or fearing the future, could be spent enjoying this moment right now. Sometimes we become too attached to circumstance and identified with the mind, that we forget life is what’s in front of us. It’s not what has happened or will happen, but what is happening. The ever present, always evolving, changing, now. We can’t enjoy this for what it is, when we’re too busy thinking about other things.
